Create a search scope to show all the documents based on Document Library list column

Hi There,

I want to create a search scope to refine the search results to show all the documents from document library based on "Client Number" column. As an example, when user search "1001" by selecting "Client Number" as a scope from the drop-down, it should only show all the documents which has 1001 as a client number. (I hope I make sense).

So to accomplish this task, I created Metadata property and mapped it to crawled property. But I don't know how to map it in scope so that It only search within that column and not the enire document library.I also tried using “Property Query” as a scope rule type with my metadata property(i.e. "Client Number”) as a property restrictions but don’t know what to put in "=" text box.

Can somebody please guide me through ? Also let me know if I am going in wrong direction and have some suggestions/recommendations for me.
