SharePoint Foundation Help Search Index growing too large

Hello,

We run SharePoint Serer 2010 Enterprise and of course we have SharePoint Server search as well as SharePoint Foundation Help Search configured.

As I understand from the meager SharePoint 2010 search documentation the SharePoint Foundation Help Search is just for searching Help content.

Now in our farm the Foundation Help Search index has grown to more than 50 GB in size. We already had to add another disk drive to move the index to prevent disaster.

Could anybody please explain why this Foundation Help Search index is growing so large. It seems not only to contain help content.

Can we do anything about it? Index reset?
