An Error occurred while running detection

Hi Friends,

 I have below list of patches to install.

1 . SharePoint 2010 SP2<o:p></o:p>

2 . SharePoint 2010 FRENCH LANGUAGE Pack SP2 <o:p></o:p>

3 . April 2017 CU

But unfortunately, i haven't followed the above order

1. ServerLanguagePack_SP2_fr-fr.exe ( SharePoint 2010 FRENCH LANGUAGE Pack SP2)
2. oserversp2010-kb2687453-fullfile-x64-en-us.exe ( SharePoint 2010 SP2)
3. ubersrv2010-kb3191846-fullfile-x64-glb.exe ( April 2017 CU)

First i installed SharePoint "2010 FRENCH LANGUAGE Pack SP2" , then i tried to ran "SharePoint 2010 SP2" But system is not allowing me to install  "SharePoint 2010 SP2" giving below error message.

Error message: "An error occured while running the detection"

Then i ran RIOSCAN VBS script to get logs report. In the Log report i found that msi files were missing. 

Mine is single server farm, So OPUTIl.vbs script is not working.

OPutil works only in one farm – one server have all the MSI and other server don’t have.

Can anyone suggest how do i install  "SharePoint 2010 SP2" and April 2017 CU
