Order of search results on SharePoint is different from on FASTSearch QR-Server http://localhost:13280/

Hello,

I put the same search string in both FASTSearch QR-Server http://localhost:13280/ and the front-end SharePoint FAST Search Center.  On QR-Server, the results are nicely listed based on rank number with the highest on top.  But on SharePoint Search page, this order is somehow messed up.  The first page has some low ranked results and the highest ranked result is on the third page.

What settings could cause this mess?  Or what setting could make the search results displayed by their rank number?  Thank you very much!!
