Searching for hyperlinks that do not begin with http

So, we need to locate SharePoint documents containing hyperlinks that use relative path references, rather than full URLs.

What would be the best way to accomplish that kind of search?

These are Word documents, so typically the hyperlinks are not written as A tags with href attributes, but are created with the hyperlink tool inside of Office tools.

Has anyone out there found a way to accomplish this type of search?
