how to Index xml file properties inside a document library in a site collection to use in Search Results

hello,

I am serializing an object to a xml file and storing that xml file to a document library. Anyone has any idea how to index the properties inside xml file in a document library so that i can use those property values in my Search Results? 

My Farm is configured with SharePoint Enterprise Search.
