Too many object not found errors in search results

Hi All,

In view crawl logs, I am getting too many errors of below type. All these pages are already deleted from the site. There are no any top level errors though.

The object was not found. ( Error from SharePoint site: HttpStatusCode NotFound The request failed with HTTP status 404: Not Found. )

Please guide me on how to resolve these errors so that the crawl log is clean and error free.
