Search is failing.

Our Search is failing with the following error:

Not sure what is going on.  Have disabled LoopBackCheck - checked all permissions for the Search Service and Crawler on the web application and in SqL.  
Also what is the reference to d\office\source\search  ?  None of the servers have a d drive?  Very curious about this one.
