Create search scope to only return site title name

I've a site collection which has many, many sites.

I've a scope using the following rule - contentclass = STS_Web  with the behaviour as required. This returns the site title with a link to the title.

This is great as long as you know the exact title if the site.  The title is something like - BDNNdaxrktggRqfmxOgcABC00050 . Trust me there is some logic to the madness of the name. However users don't know the title.

They will search for BDNN or tgg i.e. a partial or 'contains' match.

How can I replicate this with a scope or alternatively what else can I do to accomplish what I'm after?
