Document ID issue

Hi,

I have enabled Document ID service for my site collection. The document in my site collection has been assigned a document id. My application gets the Document ID and then on clicking the URL the document opens. But, when I move the document to some document library in the same site collection and then click on the URL, the message "Operation Completed Successfully No documents with the ID XXXXXXXXXXX-0-000 were found in this site collection."

Has anyone faced this issue? Why I am not able to open the document using the document ID?
