Hello,
we use the SharePoint 2010 Search to crawl a Media Wiki. As the Pages from the media wiki need to be adresses case sensitive, i need the following include crawl rule:
http://wiki.contoso.com/*
Match case
Now we get many results that lead to directories like
http://wiki.contoso.com/images or http://wiki.contoso.com/upload
When you click on them you end up in a directory of the webserver which isn't a nice user experience.
My idea now is to create a crawl rule, which excludes all results from that content source without any file extension.
To say it in other words: Only results with extensions like htm, html, ppt, pptx etc. should be displayed.
Could you please help me creating the proper combination of crawl rules to achive this ?
Kind regards
Marco
