Post investigation ,I have found that Windows SharePoint Services Web Applicationservice was not started (Status : Error Starting) on central admin server AUSOSSIINQ01 (SSP web application Hosted server) which the reason might we are not able to open the SSP,suspecting that if we start this service we can able access the SSP Admin page, In Prod Environment this service status is showing that started only on SharePoint server Also I tried to startWindows SharePoint Services Web Application service on QA ,getting Error 1387.
Please refer the attached screenshots and do need full to resolve the issue.
I have verified SharePoint server ULS ,Event viewer logs but could not find any clue on this issue, still QA SSP is not opening.
